RETURN TO THE TEMPLE NOV 5TH & DEC 12TH An Ocean Drum & Sound Bath Journey Hosted by The Elemental Priestess Held within the grounding atmosphere of the Prana Salt Cave, this immersive hour is an invitation to step away from the outside world and enter a space devoted entirely to rest, receiving and self-care. You’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing sound journey using the ocean drum, crystal singing bowls and soft spoken words. Essential oil anointing and a sleep mask add another layer to the sensory ritual, inviting you to soften, turn inward and simply be. December 12 carries the symbolism of the 12/12 portal—a moment often associated with completion, transition, and preparing to move forward. Rather than chasing what comes next, this ceremony invites you to release what has become heavy, settle the nervous system, and return to yourself. We’ll begin by grounding into the body and setting a simple intention for what you are ready to lay down. From there, the rhythm of the ocean drum will carry us into a meditative journey, followed by the tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls. No manifesting lists. No pressure to become a new version of yourself. Just release. Recalibration.
