Everything Cannoli – A Hands-On Class With Chef Annemarie Clark!
Spend the afternoon making goodies with Annemarie! Annemarie will share a few of her favorite holiday recipes featuring cannolis. Guests will learn how to make Annemarie’s Signature Cannoli filling. It is a multi-step process and does require the filling to chill before piping. After preparing the filling, guests will each dip mini cannoli shells in chocolate and will have filling in a piping bag to take home and assemble. Guests will also learn how to make cannoli dip and cannoli cookies, all of which guests will enjoy throughout the class. Light snacks will be served and boxes will be provided so that you can take home your treats to share with family and friends.
