About this event
This class is for both advanced beginners and intermediate 1 students. You’ll work on climbing techniques, spin variations, and transitions with tailored progressions to meet your level. Expect to refine form, build strength, and learn safe pathways into skills like invert prep and controlled holds. Every student will leave class stronger and more confident in their technique, no matter where they are on their pole journey.
