About this event
Join us for an energizing Sculpt class designed to strengthen, tone, and leave you feeling grounded in your body. We’ll end class by slowing things down with a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing the healing vibrations of the sound bowls to help you relax, reset, and reconnect.
