Trade the laptop for a mason jar. Come learn the art of fermentation and leave with something alive and bubbling.
Join CWIT for a relaxed, hands-on evening of making and tasting. Hannah Highfill will show us how to turn a handful of kitchen staples into living foods with deep flavor and nutritional value. You’ll learn fermentation basics so you can keep the habit going at home.
What you’ll do
• Watch demonstrations of two classics: kombucha and sauerkraut
• Choose one to make yourself and take with you to ferment at home
Tickets are $30. No experience needed, and all equipment is provided. Just bring your curiosity.
