Our practice turns inward to explore the subtle energy centers that shape our physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing: The Chakras! Each month, this 90-minute Yin class will focus on one chakra, guiding you through long-held postures, intentional breath-work, and the natural healing qualities of the salt cave. Slow. Quiet. Transformative. Join us as we soften into stillness, release what no longer serves, and awaken balance and clarity from the inside out.
